An absolute encoder that, like a resolver, is designed for harsh environments and can achieve 22-bit high resolution and high precision. It is unaffected by condensation, oil, dust, or dirt.

Zettlex Overview and Features - A thin, hollow ring-shaped electromagnetic induction absolute encoder that can be easily and directly mounted on the final mechanical rotating parts such as large-diameter shaft axes. It contributes to improving system-level accuracy without the use of gears or reducers. - Can be directly mounted on shafts with diameters from Φ5 to Φ526 mm. - Maximum resolution of 22 bits (4.2 million divisions per rotation), with output formats including SSI, BiSS, and other serial outputs. - Composed of two ring-shaped substrates for the stator and rotor, it is thin, lightweight, completely non-contact detection, and has a bearingless structure. - The basic principle is similar to that of a resolver, allowing use in harsh environments such as condensation, oil, dust, dirt, and extreme temperatures.
